We've got the candles and fireplace going, the wind chimes are humming, the outdoor potted plants and barbecue are all covered, the housecleaning is finished, we've played a couple games of darts, and the new secondary refrigerator will be delivered in the next 90 minutes.
Now, I'm having a bourbon on the rocks. Good day........I said good day. ') Mid 40's here with some wind. Only lost $6 at the casino. Probably lose $5 tonight at the poker later tonight at the cigar shop. I'll be watching the Wilder vs Fury fight at the shop. Good beer and cigars and a good fight....can't wait....

Sounds like a fun night Clang. I don't watch boxing anymore, but did see that Fury totally dominated Wilder and beat him with a 7 th round TKO to claim the world heavy-weight title (after years of battling addiction and depression). You didn't bet on Wilder, did you?

I haven't really had a Winter. There have been some cold nights/days but in general my temps have been above average all season long. I had windows open several different times this Winter, I don't recall ever doing that before in Dec/Jan/Feb. I probably won't have any lilacs this year because they need to have prolong cold in order to flower.
I'm not looking forward to tornado season. It makes me lose my mind & cry like a little bitch :(

It's been cold here for 2 months. My Tulips have just started coming up and it's been windy as hell. I just noticed a broken fence and a bunch of Maple branches maybe 6-8" round fell. I have to cut them up and stack them. If I find my chain saw, who the hell loses a frickin chain saw? I cannot find that bitch any wheres. I found the oil/gas mix jug.

I miss the snow! But the spring flowers are just starting to bloom, so that is nice to look at. Last week was gorgeous, this week there is more wind and a little bit of a chill factor. The mountain passes got snow,
