Trouble at Forum Garden !!!
Let me be brief...
Two years ago I was arrested for grabbing the collar of a scroat vandalising our War memorial and throwing his bike In the road.
During my Interview under caution, It became clear from my arresting officer that she was more Involved In the case than just your usual collar.
It took a year to come to trial and for that year, the scroat Insisted along with the arresting officer that I had a case of mistaken Identity and he was Infact a poor little schoolboy who happened to just be In the area at the time. My husband also witnessed the scroat vandalising the memorial but he was never questioned by police.
One of the main reasons we took the case to a 4 day trial was because of this lying scroat and as predicted, his mates under cross examination under oath, grassed him. Although I was found guilty of common assault, the judge In his summing up said that from what he had seen and heard through-out the four day trial, he was In absolutely no doubt that he was Indeed vandalising the war memorial when I caught him and there was no mistaken Identity.
After my trial finished, I googled my name and was horrified to find 72 sites discussing my life. My case was leapt upon by the opposition Government at the time but some of the newspaper reports were Inaccurate. As with forums... some had posted up the Inaccurate reports and commented on them. Some were quite vile and It was upsetting to see people discussing my life on half truths.
One of those forums was Forum garden where Spot had reported on my arrest and trial. It was not actually his fault but he had used one of the newspaper reports that was Inaccurate and un-known to him they had offered me a financial settlement and printed a retraction In their paper.
Things got very nasty on that thread so I registered to put them straight. I stayed on at FG because I made some genuine friends there.
As soon as my trial ended I went to the police and made a formal complaint against my arresting officer for perjury during my trial. Also upon hearing the guilty verdict, she got up and punched the air In front of a public gallery full of war veterans who were there to support me.
She now denies punching the air, but I saw her, my lawyer saw her, my husband saw her, my friends saw her, my family saw her, and the war veterans saw her. One of the first complaints to go In about that was actually from a security guard who also saw her.
The police Investigated her for 4 months and she was Interviewed under caution with her lawyer present. During this she admitted she had made a gesture with her first... some-thing she now denies. After the 4 month Investigation, she was found to have Indeed given false eveidence under oath however, the police accepted her plea that she had done this out of stress and because of my lawyers attitude to her... Oh boo hoo... Did he give you a hard time dear?
To cut a long story short, we then got word she was no longer In the force. She was a rookie and told a reporter that It was her choice to leave the force to open a shop but come on.... Who does 2 years as a rookie with the police and then leaves to sell baby clothes???:B It turned out that she had been Investigated before my case and after my case.
She must have been googling her name on the web and found my trial and the threads on FG. Her and a relative registered with FG dredging up threads that were now a year old. It was very obvious to us from the beginning that she was my arresting officer and oh dear, what spite and malice she showed on those threads. She relished In every post condeming me for what I did adding her piece but then 2 national newspapers reported on her being found guilty of misconduct In the court room and being found to have given 'wrong Imformation' under oath. They named and shamed her.
Now suddenly, she doesn't want to play any more.. and Tombstone gets a letter from the UK police telling him to delete the links that I posted up.
First of all, this would be a civil matter not a police matter.
So.. all that time she relished In Inaccurate reports about me on the net, joined In, contributed but when the tables were turned, she wants the forum shut down :B
As we pointed out.... If you post a link to a national newspaper.. your beef Is with the newspaper who reported on you... not a forum site owner.
What a pathetic piece of garbage?? Thank God she Is no longer In our police force
