Happy Birthday, USMC!
I would post a pic of my boy in his dress blues, but I don't want to invite obscene comments from strangers. haha

I've always loved the Marines.
My step-brother served during Desert Storm, and then went back again in 2004. I love the way the Corps is portrayed in 'A Few Good Men', and quite frankly, even though the character dies in the movie because of a 'Code Red', that's probably the reality of a unit staying sharp. In-house 'training'. Jack Nicholson's character, while an arrogant prick, is a Marine through and through. 'Honor, Code, Country'. People like Cynical Ninja use those words as a punchline. One of my all-time favorite scenes: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5j2F4VcBmeo

We need to punish the French, ignore the Germans and forgive the Russians - Condoleezza Rice.
