Happy Thanksgiving and all. So, did you eat too much? What did you eat too much of? I decided to spare a turkey and made a pot roast in the crock pot. Turned out well. Made a side of asparagus, and baked hubby a sweet tater. Finished off with some not home made apple pie.

My job at the end of the day is to take the turkey and strip the bones of meat, put the meat in a bucket and freeze the bones and mucky stuff in a bag. Then give it to the lady up the street who then turns it into a really great soup.
This year was the same as every other year but when I went to wash my hands I noticed that my pinky finger was missing a piece of the fingernail. It was like cracked along the top and jagged like it was ripped off. it was not bleeding so I never thought much about it but now believe it is in the bucket of meat.
Electric lady lunchland what can I do now? I am afraid to confess that I lost a pinky fingernail in the meat bucket. My best bet is to shut my yapper on this one I think, but will take anyones advice today.

Turkey bones + Maggot's pinky nail might make an interesting soup. I'd let it go but probably decline if you're offered an invitation to her soup supper.

I wonder how my sister manages to disappear when it's time to do dishes at my mom's house. It's eerie--one minute she's there and then *poof* she's gone.

I think if I try I may be able to stuff one piece of coconut cream pie down my gullet..........just one piece though, with whipped cream. It would not fit earlier today.

Maybe she's a magician. A kitchen magician.

Did you have a bowel movement? If so, I think Duchess would love to hear the details.
I'm about to dig in to a piece of pumpkin pie, maybe some pecan pie and icecream. I NEED to have a bowel movement! lol, I'm about to explode but I'm still going to make room.

She might be that but right now, I think she's just passed out on schnaaps or something. Grrr. You can pick your friends but not your relatives and all that. *sigh*
No pie for her!
