Thirty-six vehicles had to be rescued from Lake Winnebago when the ice they were parked on cracked during a popular fishing tournament.
Organizers had issued safety warnings which the drivers of 50 cars appeared to ignore.
'It was a surprise that that many people chose to park there, but wasn't a surprise as to what happened,' Battle on Bago tournament co-organizer Art Dumke told Fox9.
