This matter came on to be heard, sua sponte based upon an
incident on Friday, April 20, 2012 where one, Maytee
Clark, the mother of the homicide victim Johnny Clark,
created an incident on the fourth floor of the courthouse
as well as an separate incident with the victim's witness
advocate.

It appears that Maytee Clark cannot conduct herself with
any self control and could cause problems during the
course of this trial. All family members were previously
warned concerning this conduct while in the courthouse.

It is therefore ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED the one
Maytee Clark shall be banned from any proceedings in State
of Ohio v. Cameo Pettaway conducted in courtroom 5 on May
29, 2012 and courtroom #2 thereafter.

I've gotta listen to those 911 tapes again (don't want to). I'm not clear on if Tiffany went by the house more than once. I know this much: If I were a detective I would be zeroing in on her. IMHO, she knows the killers.

Well, she claims after trying to get John, back on the phone, to no avail, she went to the home, & knocked on the door, & no one answered. Don't know what time frame that was though, THEN all the other phone calls started & she ended back at the home with John's father, then the mother shows up with a cousin,,,, then of course, this is when the father raises the cousin up to a window to peek in. So yes, it sounds like T was at the home twice that night/early morning.

My biggest question to that is really: IF YOU KNOW SOMETHING BAD HAPPENED AS YOU CLAIMED YOU HEARD IN THE BACKGROUnD WOULD YOU GO THERE AND RING THE BELL??

So I have been reading all of these posts, I must say there is a whole lot of info here. I wanna throw in a curve ball. Straight facts! Sam and Starla Nov 2011, picked up in FBI underage prostitution sting. Starla has 2 year old daughter in car with pimp Sam, while she goes into hotel to meet her "John" who turns out to be FBI agent. Of course CSB is now brought into play...they give case plan to Starla, Sam is to be no where near her 2 children.... Starla takes Sam to pick kids up from daycare CSB gets that info, takes her children away, all she had to do was loose the jerk and no problem she can have her kids...instead she plays with CSB telling lie after lie..She has her 3^rd child, Sam's assumed child in Mar. After 1 ¹⁄₂ years in CSB system well aware the ONLY thing keeping her from her children is her relationship with this loser instead of dumping him for her children she MARRIES HIM on Dec 12 in prison while he is being charged with murder... losing all 3 children! The older 2 both live with their faeries now, while Sam's alleged baby is with her mother... Lost total custody of all 3 children, now on supervised visits with her children all to marry this Monster! Why would she marry him is what really bothers me! She has to know something or be involved someway, I cant understand why she would marry him knowing that her children would be taking from her!
