The transcripts are from a case in Federal court, so I guess it can be assumed that it is Mr W?

Hard to figure what motivates anything that family does or says Night Owl, but if I had to guess I'd say it may be that he's been obsessing over the shoving match that reportedly took place last week and he finally popped a cork, Maytee-style, on Facebook.
Or he's just crazy. Yeah...that's probably it. Crazy. Otherwise he'd know that in Ohio, Ball-less Coward hunting season isn't until the second week of November.
