It's unfortunate they didn't receive sentences equaling the years they spent harassing TW online. To me, the sentences for all involved was a slap on the wrist . . . especially the gun charge.

Maytee woke up in jail this morning. She'll wake up there tomorrow morning too.

Maytee will be eligible for early release on 04/23/18. If she can't control herself she will do all her time and not be released until 09/16/18.
Ramirez will be eligible on 11/28/19. If he has to do all his time he will get out on 09/15/20.
It doesn't appear that John is eligible and his release is scheduled for 09/14/20.

Wow, if I lived in Toledo I would vote for judge zmuda! I can't believe how fat maytee has gotten. Anyone know why? New medication? Or maybe not doing whatever drugs she used to do? How long has she looked like this?
Anyhow, I hope people pray that her 13 year old gets a better life. I hope he gets the counseling he needs and deserves and cuts off ties with his parents.
I hope now that Maytee is away from her youngest son she misses him like she did with Johnny and realizes how selfish she was to neglect him because of all her self pity.

This is, I believe, is the 6th anniversary of the death of Johnny and Lisa...this case haunted me for months......and was what drew me to this site.....

It was. And same here, BB. This case gave ended up giving me a nightmare or 2. I still think about it every once in a while, and can't help but think about the Straubs. I hope they're doing alright.

Pretty good, I think of you guys more often that you'd expect (seeing as I barely post these days) I have been nanny-ing (is that a word?) Since 2013 for a family who we've known for a long time , and have now gotten closer with. They've got a (now) 9 y/o girl and 5 y/o boy. When the boy started pre-k this August I decided to back to school and get certified in 3D printing...so I'm working on that and still babysit on weekends.
