Todays court was pretty uneventful. Lasted a few minutes...defense wanted to withdraw motions about the search of Williams house. No evidence from Williams Kelsey address will be admitted. Nothing taken from the house during search, Defense withdraw motion to suppress.
Ending, the Judge asked Williams if there were any issues or concerns that he would like to address the court. Williams responded "No sir, your honor".
Sam's appearance:had a very close, fresh buzz cut and seemed to be eating good because he looks like he has pack on at least 20lbs since his arrest.

Maytee doesn't talk much about big John because there is no love between them, they are just partners in crime and can't seem to survive without one another. She refers to him as a "piece of shit loser". Don't forget big John actually hanged himself a few years ago...but was rescued by Maytee's sister who climbed through the basement window and got him off of the noose. He tried killing himself to get away from her crazy ass.

On Pettaway March 9th Court Dockets JGI the Private Investigators' team has a Bill submitted.
They have worked a lot of hours on the Discovery information they searched for SM uncertain who this is but, they spend 2 hours trying to locate the person and spend. 2 hours on an interview.
They attempt interviews with a Eric Feitz & Zach Burkett it looks like they found Eric Feitz does anyone have any idea who he is? they interviewed him for 1.50 and I'm not sure why they didn't interview Burkett. Is he on Probation?
Looks like two attemps are made to interview Sarah Rupert the first said
"no show" the next is blank........finally 3rd time Sarah Rupert interview 4 hours is spent on that one. Rupert's mugshot was up here once already. Strange how they were keen on finding her.

If I were Tiffany, apparently who had nothing whatsoever to do with this crime...and all the shit Maytee gave her...I think i would consider a civil lawsuit.

Tbh if i were tiffany, i might consider it, but i dont think i'd go thru with a civil suit, mainly due to the fact it'd likely mean more bullshit from maytee. That and the cost of lawyers seems like an added hassle, i think i'd just let it go for now unless she continued

Well to win a defamation/libel suit you need to prove two things. 1)Malice and 2) damage.
The malice piece is a given, in fact, Tiffany could probably get several on here to act as character witnesses to Maytee's theats and other attempted crimes.
The damage piece is hard to prove. Now it is possible though that if Tiffany lost out on a job due to the combined media coverage and Maytee's public statements then she could sue because the job would pay X number of dollars that Tiffany was denied because of Maytee's comments.
It would take a good lawyer but then again, I don't think Maytee could afford a good personal defense nor keep her mouth shut long enough in a courtroom to win. Anyone know a lawyer who still has pro bono work to do this year? Send 'em Tiffany's way.

what about emotional abuse/stress during a pregnancy that caused her anxiety, lack of sleep, high blood pressure, blah blah blah? I'm sure nothing to get but damn...

anyone can sue anyone else for any cause of action. but you have to PROVE the actual damages, and the proximate cause of the damages.

it's hard to disprove subjective things ....blanch taylor moore, before she was known to be a murderer, sued a kroger grocery store executive for sexual harrassment (she set him up and walked out of the store with his pants and went straight to a lawyer's office) got over a million settlement just for saying she suffered from anxiety, diarrhea, distress, etc.
