I fail to see the connection between being gay and not being trusted with children.

I agree, I simply thought it would be interesting to see what others had to say.

No, it wouldn't bother me really. But my youngest's Kindergarten teacher ended up being a child molester. When I met him I was certain he was gay. I didn't care. He was the most popular K teacher and the most requested. But he was married and had a baby on the way. When my son was in 1^st grade, it came out that he was touching the boys inappropriately and in a sexual way. One kids was really messed up over it. Said teacher is now serving a 12 year prison sentence where he gets touched inappropriately every day.

Edit to add: Thank God my son was not one of the boys he touched. My son is very outgoing and verbal and probably would have screamed get your hands off my junk!
