Police released a dramatic video Monday of a man fatally shooting a teenager in Brooklyn Sunday.
Andre Pitts, 18, was shot multiple times in the fourth-floor hallway of an apartment building on Lott Ave. in Brownsville Sunday night.
Police are looking for a black male in his 20s, about 5-foot-8, caught on video wearing a black jacket with a green hood and red sneakers.
In the security video footage, the suspect can be seen following his victim out of an elevator and firing his gun several times. His face is clearly visible on camera as he walks out of the building calmly after shooting the teen.
Police ask anyone with information to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers tip line at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls are confidential.
Another Brooklyn execution was caught on camera, the second one in less than a week. Trevonne Winn, 24, was gunned down Saturday as he stood outside his uncle's Crown Fried Chicken restaurant at 2085 Nostrand Ave. in East Flatbush.
STORY: STOP THE VIOLENCE! Gunman Shoots And Kills Teenager In Brooklyn Elevator
This comes a week after another Brooklyn murder was caught on video and Andre Pitts was shot to death in a Brownsville elevator. This latest video shows the gunman walking up next to the store and pacing back and forth shortly before 8 p.m., then a minute later walking up to Winn and shooting him before running off. Winn was shot in the torso, rushed to Kings County Hospital and died of his wounds.
Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477) or go to the website, nypdcrimestoppers.com.
If it's the same guy he's not very smart. He's been caught on camera both times, and the first tape you could see his face. You would think he would be laying low. It did seem like both shooting were random though.
