How did the pastor know it was a rock? If I was driving through ATL at night and my back windshield shattered suddenly, I would assume it was from a gunshot.
Why was it assault to shoot back if you think you are under attack? Now the little fucker probably thinks he is above the law. Nothing good will come from this.

Why do certifiably crazy people feel they can call others insane? Because part of certain mental illnesses is grandiose thinking. It is the supreme form of shamelessness. "I'm fabulous and everyone else is crazy." So sad, really.
The only people who are miraculously "cured" from incurable mental illnesses were faking to get benefits. I have seen it happen more than once. Somatic preoccupation. Runs in families.
Once you do that shit, you are either fucked for being mental or fucked for being a scumbag. No win situation.

i don't like to see citizens shooting each other either. it makes a damn mess for the authorities. but to me this was extremely provoked and comes under the heading of self-defense. you throw missiles/projectiles at moving cars, you take your chances on retaliation/return fire.
