There's sociopathy for ya. They are cold blooded users and that includes even their own damn kids. This ought to fuck those little ones up for life, giving them all kinds of anxiety over the whereabouts of their sister who is long dead.

Hey, but look at how fit Kate is!

i could research that i guess. hah

I was thinking, if I were Portugal, I would put on a big "FIND MADDIE" event and lure the McCanns there and then arrest their asses. Must be someone in Portugal doesn't want this to happen or it already would have.

The detective who wrote the book was replaced with someone else. I thought that was rather telling.

They don't need a body for a conviction.

I work in health and there is a professionalism and an expectation that is placed on you and others that you work with. It's hard for me to imagine that these people could do something so irresponsible. Not saying you are wrong, I am hoping for the best.

Remember those two nurses that killed that Australian nurse in the middle east, and they got let off and went back to the UK? I remember when I was here, I thought, they didn't do it they couldn't have. That was until I went to actually work there at the same hospital. People who knew them and were there the morning after, said 'oh, they did it'. One of them went to Employee Health for valium because she was shaking and had scratches and chunks of hair missing, stuff you don't hear in the news. They got caught a week later using the dead woman's ATM card. Winners.

You mean because the McCanns are physicians you expect better character? Sociopaths and narcissists (same continuum) exist in all strata of society and in all professions. In fact, many are very successful because they have a drive for money and winning that most people don't. The minute this whole thing started, they were working angles to make money off it. Kate made the remark that the public was jealous of her because she is so fit. 15 days after the made up abduction, THEY TRADEMARKED MADDIE'S NAME. What does all that tell you about character?

Their babies were in a stupor. They were drugged. Kate McCann was qualified as an anthesthesiologist. It's a no brainer. They doped up the kids so they could go party. Maddie fell behind the sofa and died. Probably trying to get out of the window. The dogs don't lie. Then, the dog gets the same dead body scent in their rental care after they returned to Portugal, something like 20 days after the 'disappearance'! They obviously stashed the body and then came back and disposed of it.

What the hell kind of people leave tiny children while they go get shit faced - EVERY NIGHT, no less? Rotten, self absorbed, without conscience people. The whole group was like that. Drinking every night with kids unattended. Unfit parents who just happened to be doctors.

Maddie is dead and has been since they left her drugged with her baby siblings. The McCann's belong in prison.

No, it is not unheard of, but it is certainly not common. I saw on Oprah once where this guy was a horrific paedophile, he was also a paediatrician. No it's not unheard of.

These words are always thrown around but actually require a formal diagnosis. There would need to be a full psychiatric assessment, and much more pre-assessment evidence of mental illness.

It could be argued that they needed to raise funds to raise awareness for their plight, it costs money what they are doing. It could further be argued that she was impacted by the negative feedback she was receiving and tried to come up with an answer to rationalise the hostility she was experiencing from others. It is not enough to demonstrate guilt that is for sure.

I don't like your tone, are you raising your voice to me?

I am assuming you have the toxicology reports to support this.

This is not a good argument to support what you are saying.

On this we agree the children should not have been left unsupervised, at all, ever. I don't know if they were 'shitfaced', they were having dinner. Again, it sounds like prejudice and bias on your part to support your theory.

This is just my observation. The truth is, I don't know what happened, and really neither does anybody, at this point.

aussie, you might need someone else to call a sociopath a sociopath, but I don't. They trademarked their dead child's name and immediately began making money on the death that they caused and, they are still at it!!!. They have lied, lied, lied and taken advantage of a gullible public. And, no, I wasn't yelling. I only used caps for emphasis. The police observed the babies were were in a stupor. I believe them. Dogs confirmed a dead body and blood in the room and 20 days later (after Maddie was no more) in their rental car. It was the McCanns and their friends that gave the accounts of consuming vast quantities of booze, every night, at the pool. Their reckless, self serving actions actions killed their child and you don't like my tone? Really?

lol

Whatever.

I am just back today, but I have seen that the McCanns were mentioned in the Leveson enquiry. That the Moguls at News International used their influence to re-open the investigation at the McCanns request. That is not evidence of guilt to me.

By the way shitstorm, I hope you appreciate the time and effort that went into me replying to you. Also, when I said "i don't like your tone" was a joke, but may have gotten lost in translation. Keep it real. Peace out. x

That was nice of you to reply, aussie. Breaking apart quotes is a pain. Having said that, this is a forum and posting is kind of the idea Smiley_emoticons_smile

Is Leveson the News Corp/Murdoch thing? I would have to know particulars to assess what the McCann's were up to.

it goes right along with you explaining why you apologised for aussie, both are fucked up beyond all reason.

Is your pet asshole furry or no?

Do you feed it on a regular basis and just exactly what the fuck do you feed an asshole?

You truly are an idiot. According to you, baby stealing dingoes, soldiers pissing on corpses, Glenn Beck and America traumatizes the world. Your poor child having such an illierate, opinionated, drama hag for a Mum. It's a damned shame the dingoes didn't get her as to spare her from your retardation.

Another Investigation - Is Madeleine Alive?

I have no idea what the real deal is in this case.

The parents rub me the wrong way.

The reported cadaver dog hits in the hotel room and the car are compelling, but if they were validated positive hits and considering the other reported circumstantial evidence surrounding the parents, why are British police still investing resources and time investigating?

Madeleine's parents Kate and Gerry say they "warmly welcome" the new probe.

Not counting on any resolution with this new focus and investigation, but hoping for it none the less.

Today's News:
A Met Police review has identified the potential suspects who detectives want to speak to in relation to the suspected abduction in 2007 - almost twice as many as previously thought.

The Met intends to apply to issue formal requests to Portugal for evidence to be gathered and to allow a team of British officers to be present during the process.

The working relationship between UK and Portuguese police is now said to be "positive and focused" and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, both countries are working on the assumption that Madeleine may still be alive.

Detective Chief Inspector Andy Redwood, who is heading up the inquiry, calls this "a critical moment" in the the search for Madeleine.

He said: "We have been in a unique position over the last two years in drawing together three strands - Portuguese, UK and private investigators' material.

"From that vast quantity of material analysed we have identified 38 persons of interest and 12 who are UK nationals, and it is from that position that we are able to move from review to investigation."

DCI Redwood said: "There is no clear, definitive proof that Madeleine McCann is dead".

They drugged their daughter to put her to sleep to get some peace so they could go and have a drink at the hotel bar. When they checked back with her they realised they had given her too much of the drug and she had passed away. They carefully disposed of the body then yelled “abduction!, abduction!”.

At least that's what I think happened.

That's possible. If her parents are responsible for her death and continue to publicly push for expensive international investigations, they truly have no consciences whatsoever.

The new investigation continues under the assumption that Madeleine was abducted.

The latest developments:
Two separate people came up with the same name in response to computer-generated sketches of a man whom London's Metropolitan Police are working to identify in possible connection with the disappearance of then-3-year-old Madeleine McCann, the case's lead investigator revealed Monday.

The two people had phoned in the same name based on the sketches, Detective Chief Inspector Andy Redwood said during the BBC's "Crimewatch" program, which aired an appeal Monday night for information about a man police want to track down.

The man is described as white, between 20 and 40 years old, with short brown hair and a medium build. He was seen carrying a child matching McCann's description on the night she vanished in 2007 around the resort town of Praia da Luz in Portugal. The sketches, below, are based on descriptions from separate witnesses, investigators said.

[Image: 131014032826-dnt-mclaughlin-mccann-new-d...y-body.jpg]

"There may be an entirely innocent explanation of this man, but we need to establish who he is to assist with our inquiries," Redwood said earlier.

Since the program aired, British police said they have received more than 300 phoned tips and 170 e-mailed ones.

"We will now take the time to follow up these lines of enquiry," Redwood said.
