Despite the governor's campaign promise to focus on job creation, Florida Governor Rick Scott and the Florida legislature have focused their attention on other matters.

In the legislative session that ended Saturday, lawmakers passed no job creation bills for Scott to sign. But they did pass five bills restricting abortion rights and a state budget that cuts nearly 4,500 public sector jobs.

It's hard for me to get worked up over the political bullshit in Florida when some asshat in San Francisco has managed to get a measure on the ballot banning circumcision. It's going over really well with the Jewish community.

I just grabbed the first article I could find without really reading it but this just caught my eye:

I agree, Dick. I think this guy has issues. Is he bitter over his own circumcision? Is he uncircumcised and bitter because he was teased in the locker rooms? He's an idiot and I'm not at all surprised this is coming out of San Francisco. Many parts of California are quite sane--San Francisco is filled with looneys.

Why is circumcision accepted as the norm in America?, outside the Jewish and Muslim faiths it is mostly unheard of worldwide.

Because the Jews brainwashed everyone into thinking it's medically necessary and cleaner, but that wasn't the point. The point was that some asshole in California has nothing better to do than try to ban circumcision. I don't agree with it either, but I have better things to do than worry about what parents do with their kids foreskin since it really isn't hurting anything one way or the other.
