You're absolutely right, I didn't get a wax, I'm returning to something a lil' more natural, I did get a full body massage & scrub and a mani/pedi, French, that never changes...I wish I could have the massage every friggin' day *sigh*.

If your concern regarding the massage is being nude in front of a stranger, it's not quite like that, they drape a towel over your bottom & you would be face down, it is superb !...It's always quiet & tranquil there & my spa offers wine/cheese & crackers/fruit...It's a lovely way to spend a few hours.

They do put a warmblanket over you and a good masseuse will have you so relaxed in 2mins. that you won't even think about feeling awkward. I had my neck, shoulders , and back done at the hot springs in Colorado and it was heaven. Beats the hell out of those crappy back rubs my husband gives me.

I've never had a professional full body massage, but I bet it would be great.

I got my ex a coupon for a 30-minute massage xmas before last... the dumbass never even used it. ::bang::

I always find that going for a short swim leaves me feeling all relaxed though, so I guess that's almost as good. I love the way I feel after a swim.

My ex used to give me a massage sometimes, but it was always his attempt at foreplay. ::rollseyes::

That's what was so nice about the hot springs. Itwas so hot that you could only stay in it for 10 mins, but it was freezing cold and snowing out at the same time. Then you go into the spa and they wrap you in warm blankets, give you wine, and massage you. If there is a heaven then that's what it should be like.
