That's exactally what a store owner should have, not a hand gun. Even against a single theif, the owner has a better chance of hitting the target with a scatter gun, then with a hand gun.

The city will be the place this shit happens anyway. But they will hit the wrong store once and if its a white guy that shoots them he may get charged with a hate crime. It may even take a few of them getting fucked up before they get the hint though. Time will tell.

It's all about the odds, Dickie. If it's a store owner against a couple of thugs, by all means, go for your weapon but we're talking a mob here. IMO, the average Joe going for a weapon in a situation like that might as well just shoot himself.

Of course children should scream and kick and of course a woman should do the same in an attempted rape situation but you're comparing apples to oranges. Whipping out your gun isn't always the common sense thing to do.

What do they teach bank employees? Just hand over the money. Your life (let me rephrase that, MY life) is worth much more than the few hundred dollars sitting in a cash drawer.

If it was MY store you're damn right I would shoot. If it is someone elses you may be damn lucky the clerk does not take the money out of the cash drawer and blame it on them. A bank is not owned by the employees if it was you would see more resistance, it makes a difference.
