I don't honestly have one, because for the right person I might make an exception. But usually no more than 3 older and 4 younger than myself.

Biggest age gaps for me:-

Older - I was 24 she was 38

Younger - I was 25 she was 18.

I have no written limits, its just coincidence my wife is more or less the same age as me.

I dated 2 different women who were 33 when I was 26. But they were the exception. And neither worked out. So, meh.

I don't have an age limit because of them being too "old" or "young" but because of the different views of different generations makes relationships more difficult sometimes. Not always, just sometimes.
