I think you should be able to do whatever the hell you want in your own home. If someone trespasses on your property and sees you naked then thats their fault. If you open up your curtains and jack off in front of the neighbors sitting on their porch across the street then I guess that would be a bit much, however.

I don't know what jerking off in front of your window has to do with this story though. MaybeOP had to learn the hard way that it's not an acceptable thing to do::dunno::

I vaguely remember a news story about some guy that would press his naked body against the picture window that fronted the street/sidewalk.

The neighbors weren't appreciative.

But you don't have the right to do ANYTHING in your own home.

If you are deliberately exposing yourself to people whether it be on the street corner or in your bedroom window that is indecent exposure dimbulb. If a bloke who lived outside a school was deliberately wanking himself off naked in front of a windowso passing schoolchildren couldn't help but see him you would be ok with that would you?

They were trespassing when they saw him, he had no clue they were there, he was in his home and was seen through a window that doesn't face the street

The DA had to approve the arrest warrant, he gave the green light for the naked dude to be charged...I think that's kinda scary in itself, to know that you have someone like that in a position of power.

the DA will not pursue this, especially if the guy has a clean record. it would be laughed out of court.

Fairfax County Police see it differently.

Spokeswoman Mary Ann Jennings said the woman and her son first saw Williamson standing naked inside his doorway as they walked along a path outside his home.

Police say Williamson then followed the two from inside his home and exposed himself again through a large front window.

Police would not pursue a case based on inadvertent exposure, Jennings said.

"I am a loving dad," Williamson said. "Any of my friends and anyone knows that and there is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever, ever do anything like that to a kid."
