You thought she meant Long Dong Silver, didn't you.
Do you drive over that really long bridge? If you bring bad seafood, it's like a cruise for poor people...
I was informed there was one (awhile ago) but it isn't there anymore. However, I am sure there are some in the lower districts of Miami.
Long Dong Silvers ~ Oh my! Isn't that what our Supreme Court Justice likes to watch?
LMAO @ a cruise for poor people! HAHA!
We eat local here, I am surprised Wendys and those other chains survive.

Just a little info about Toledo because I am proud of my city. Just would like people to know that there is more here than the Clarke's. 1. The Toledo Museum of Art is Internationally known. 2. The Toledo Zoo is ranked about 8th in the United States. It has everything ( inc. an aquarium with over 3000 species). We get over 1 million visitors a year. Every Christmas they decorate with over a million lights and people come from all over NW Ohio to see the lights. We have a beautiful ball park (could compete with major leagues). 3.Then there is our beautiful new Huntiington Center. We've had Kieth Urban, Ringling Bros., Steve Nicks, Cirque du Soleil, Brad Piasley, Bob Seger,Elton John, Kid Rock, Trans-Siberian Orch., Rush, 3 Doors Down and Daughtery perform here . We are situtated on the Maumee River so boating is big here. I am very proud to be here, and I could go on all day. You would be surprised! Thanks for listening. Cheers

Hi Tiki,

I caught both white and yellow perch in Lake Erie by the harbor light this summer when I went back to Toledo to visit family.

I hope they were real tacos and not that ground beef crap they serve the gringos?
If you ate ground beef tacos you're a loser there is no nice way to put it, you're a pendejo gringo.
If you would fit through my door I would show you what real tacos are supposed to be.

No hide nor hair of ground beef! However, some of the 'hip' chefs tried to pass Romaine lettuce leafs as a 'healthy alternative' to fried tortillas. Fuck that shit! Besides . . . no one was buying their crap.
I'd be happy to sample your tacos al fresco.
Or in your garage . . . if it has a double-wide opening.

I could deliver them to the 18 wheeler if that is what needs to happen.
I can guarnatee you this though, you will have never had a more authentic taco in your life.
The lack of grease will be a dead giveaway as their authenticity.

From Toledo Talk: "From what I understand Lisa Straub continued her relationship with Johnny Clarke over the objections of family members. No one realized just how bad Johnny was or the kind of criminals Johnny associated with. Possibly Lisa thought she could reform him - who knows?"
If you were raised in a bad area and have criminals in your family, do you have to move far away to escape it? Or can you just not participate?
I know Toledo isn't all bad. I'm sure the problem areas are centered around government housing complexes. If we didn't have welfare, would we have all these problems? Should we have "welfare towns" instead? Let all the people unwilling to work have one city in each state. Then they are their own problem. If they didn't live amongst us, I have a feelling the crime rate would drop. If they all lived together, the burglary rate would drop because they can't afford nice things other people want to steal. I think it's a solid plan.
http://www.toledoblade.com/metrocrime I bet the gov't housing is under all the balloons...
I feel badly for people like Older Than Dirt who raised decent families in the area and have to put up with the trash. They shouldn't have to relocate, especially if their home is long paid-off and full of fond memories.
We need to stop making life comfortable for the people who don't earn it. Why should we pay for cell phones for trashy people? Who do you think pays the crazy bitch's phone bill? You do.

Cracker, the area where the Clarke's live isn't near government housing. They are older homes and some are very beautiful ones at that. My aunt and great grandmother lived 2 blocks from where Maytee lived. I lived off of Danberry on the other side of South/Airport, the Bambino's Pizza around the corner from their house, yeah walked there for a slice the day they opened.
The area has gone extremely downhill in the last 15 years because of people like the Clarke's. Don't have the money to mow their lawn yet they have smart phones. It's no different story than any other working class neighborhood in the country in the last 20 years.
I love Toledo. The city has so many great things about it. I hate the people of Toledo. Many are like the trash we've seen with this case. They want everything for free and hard work there is a thing of the past.
And no one better knock the walleye. The walleye run in the spring is one of the few things that could pull me back to Toledo (8lb walleyes are common. The walleye and the Univ of Toledo football games in my opinion are some of the best things the area has going.
To answer maggot's question, yellow perch is more prevalent. If you travel outside of the Maumee River on a boat in the fall it's easy to catch your limit of some of the world's best yellow perch in minutes. The limit used to be over 40 but I believe it's since been lowered to around 25 in recent years.

Somehow, this seems appropriate.
"Yellow" is associated with cowardice.
"Perch", a fish, flip-flops back and forth when caught.
It reminds me of Maytee's 'Justice' postings.
Cowardly removals and flipping back and forth from professing love to outright hatred.

I don't hate Toledo I loath it .That's why I live in the country.I don't go to Toledo for anything ever. I don't want to be around any of those people, they give me anxiety (and they're everywhere). I also hate Walleye. The first time I ate it I spit it out. I'd rather eat catfish out of the Ohio River.
