I hope Lisa is alive as I have stated but the fact is that parents kill their children and parents have been known to dispose of their childs body after a so called accident.

If Lisa passed away by accident then the parents should say so. They're not saying anything and I think that's why many are suspecting them of some kind of involvement .

Lisa supposedly had a cold at the time of her disappearance. While her mother was drunk and passed out (if that is even true) did Lisa cry uncontrollably and aspirate on her own mucous,did she suffocate because she was so congested, or did she have a seizure and pass away?

The drunkenness admission didn't come to light right away,why not?
And who had seen Lisa that day or the day before?

Why aren't they cooperating with the police? To me it just doesn't add up.

Yep, the thing about the Tina Porter that I had heard before was that sometime last week (possibly late the previous week) that she had been trying to contact them about lending moral support to the family. We've been getting mixed signals about what else happened other than that.

As for the news, yeah, there were other things out and about but I haven't heard much about the case other than what happened on Friday. I think, that with the family in hiding, no major press conferences and no breaking leads, we're just slowly going to have the case leave the news until someone breaks or something breaks. Sad, but that seems to be the way it's moving. (Though, there have been a couple of breaking news events that took some of the local news time this weekend, with a grain elevator explosion in NE Kansas. Not that it should, of course, but the news does cover this sort of thing too.)

Missing Baby Lisa Irwin: Damaging Details Emerge Despite Damage Control

Kansas City, Mo., attorney Cyndy Short no longer represents missing baby Lisa Irwin's parents, Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin. The report of Short's exit from the case comes from Judge Jeanine Pirro, who hosts Fox's "Justice with Judge Jeanine." Thursday, Short canceled a planned media walk-through of the couple's North Lister Street home and an investigative interview of baby Lisa's half-brothers, ages 5 and 8. The reason she gave was exhaustion.

Here's more on the damaging details that are emerging in the Irwin case:

* Pirro did not know whether lead attorney Joe Tacopina fired Short or whether she left the case for other reasons. But ABC News reported that she was "forced off the case overnight," local Kansas City station KMBC said.

* The Irwin's New York counsel Joe Tacopina has told police he will reschedule the interview of the two boys for sometime next week. That's when the case will mark its one-month anniversary. It's an extraordinarily late time to be finally allowing interviews of witnesses who were in the house the night the baby is said to have disappeared.

* Deborah Bradley acknowledged her son and Irwin's son heard something the night baby Lisa disappeared. But Bradley said the couple avoided further questioning of the boys so as not to put them through anything else.

* Jeremy Irwin's sister Ashley Irwin, who said on Facebook she is a third year law student, has been coordinating some of the search activities and also, apparently, running damage control. When a poster to her Facebook page asked Tuesday why the boys weren't made available for police interviews, Ashley Irwin said they were interviewed right after the disappearance. This is a truthful answer but an evasive one that obscures the conflict between police and the parents over more extensive interviews. "Anything else you want to know don't hesitate to ask. I'm all for clearing up rumors," Ashley Irwin posted.

* There was a phone call made from one of the missing cellphones in the early morning hours of Oct. 4. Judge Pirro said the police confirmed this to her. The recipient of the call was the message box of someone named Megan Wright. Police have talked to Wright but haven't released details of what, if anything, they learned. This new revelation by Judge Pirro is consistent with Bradley's statements about early police interviews in which she said they had ping data from one of the phones. Was Ashley Irwin misinformed, or attempting serious damage control when she claimed that the 2:30 a.m. phone call was a rumor and could not possibly have happened? The blog Shadowplay noted that Ashley Irwin posted on its Find Baby Lisa Facebook page Oct. 17, "Jeremy was at home with the children while Debbie & her brother went to the store. The 2:30 a.m. phone call is a false rumor. Their cellphones were shut off due to non-payment. No one could have made a call and that is also why police couldn't ping them."

* Bradley and Jeremy Irwin said they discovered that their cellphones were missing when they tried to call 911 after discovering their daughter missing and not finding her in a house search. "Jeremy had his work cellphone on his body when he got home at 4 a.m. That's how they called 911." Ashley Irwin posted Oct. 17 on Find Baby Lisa. So why was there any effort to find missing home cellphones or delay in calling 911?

ok this is confusing and i don't completely follow it. but HLN is reporting that megan wright, whose phone was dialed at 0230 the critical night, was involved with the homeless guy 'jersey' who was questioned.
and that 7 or 8 (unrelated) people lived in her house and the call could have come to anyone.

and

that mommy deb had the phone number written on her hand that night. if true, i hope LE took a photo.

none of it falls together for me yet.

I have been trying to follow this whole Megan Wright thing, on various sites they are linking her to juggalettes/juggalos (sp) I guess the people that call themselves that are fans of ICP (Insane Clown Posse) and there are quite a few stories about ICP fans and their bad ways. I guess the FBI considers their fans a gang. So whether any of this is true I don't know, her FB profile pics are a tad strange. People are saying that her ex boyfriend is connected to Deborah’s brother, him or his father is also an electrician.... etc etc etc.... I don’t know if people are grasping at straws or are actually onto something.

Joe Tacopina told The Associated Press that Short's
comments Monday are a distraction from the search for the baby.

Tacopina says he asked Short to be his local counsel, but the
family later decided they didn't want her to be involved.

The family also issued a statement Monday saying Short's news
conference convinced them they were correct in their decision.

Statement from baby Lisa's parents: After hearing there was a press conference and listening to Mrs. Short's statement we are further convinced that we made the correct decision. One of the reasons we relieved Mrs. Short was because she was holding her own press conferences, making statements to the media, and giving tours of the home that we were finding out about after the fact. Moreover, we learned the FBI felt Mrs. Short wasn't being productive in the relationship between the family and the agency.

We want the focus to remain where it should always have been which is on the search for Lisa. Mr Tacopina has secured very prestigious local lawyers to join the team representing the family.

We will not be answering any further question at this time regarding Mrs. Short.

i don't watch GMA, but evidently the parents let them film their sons going out for trick or treat in their 'secret location' faces painted, not masks.

I saw somewhere that this Megan Wright used to date mom Deb's cousin, or somebody with the same last name. He is the one that acted as a spokesperson during the beginning of this circus. Does anybody remember his name? I think the last name began with an L.

I heard the same about Megan dated a guy with the same or similar last name. Either the e bf or the father was an electrician. I think the ex's name was Stephen.
