Richelle Olson alleges that, in 2007, Cohen appeared at her charity bingo game in his guise as the flamboyantly gay Austrian called Bruno.
The lawsuit claims Cohen pushed her and she fell, before his cameramen attacked and filmed her.

It accuses Cohen, NBC Universal and other companies involved in the production, of assault, battery, fraudulent misrepresentation and other charges.
And it seeks unspecified damages.
It is unclear whether the incident would appear in the Bruno film, which hits the big screen on July 10.
Meanwhile, Eminem has said he knew full well what he was about to face before a stunt by Cohen at the MTV Movie Awards.
