apparently you didn't get the memo.
a simple question about the animals, what did they evolve from?
Apparently, I added a bit to my last post after you quoted it. Not important though. To answer you:
Yes, I think everyone who thinks they picked the one true and right organized religion from all the choices is taking on an intellectually bankrupt position. I don't believe there is sufficient reason or evidence to believe that any one of the organized religions are true.
As for your animal evolution questions - please Google it. There you can find all the info you need depending upon which animal, or animal class, you are talking about.
Here is a handy dandy graphic to get you started:

You know as well as I do, that evolution is a theory and not proven science, you do know that right?
Just the same as the theory of creation is unproven nor is it dis proven by science, there are far too many gaps in any study to be conclusive.
You are as far as I can tell with your rejection of creation the same as those who rest firmly in the theory of creation all of your eggs in one basket.
evolution/adaptation is an acceptable middle ground, extremes either way are fucked up.

Dick, are you saying you believe in Adam & Eve? A simple yes or no answer will suffice. Thanks!

Not realizing that things can and do evolve is either lazy ignorance or religious-sourced damage on your part. I'm not sure which. You don't seem to understand what a scientific theory is and how it differs from the common usage of the word theory. Please Google something like "Is evolution a fact or theory" or "what is a scientific theory?" Here is a helpful tidbit to get you started from:
http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/evolution-fact.html
Biologists consider the existence of biological evolution to be a fact. It can be demonstrated today and the historical evidence for its occurrence in the past is overwhelming ... Well evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape-like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered.
Here is more from http://www.bestbiblescience.org/theory.htm
Consider the well-known phenomenon of gravity. First, there is a fact of gravity. While we cannot actually see gravitational force itself, we do observe the effects of this force every time we drop something. There is also a theory of gravity that addresses the question of how this force we call gravity really works.
I have heard many Christians say that evolution doesn't concern them because, after all, it's "only a theory." Presumably they think that the word "theory" means about the same thing as a "pipe dream." But the term theory, at least as it applies to experimental science, has a much nobler meaning than that. A scientific theory is a careful attempt to explain certain observable facts of nature by means of experiments
I suggest you Google your heart out to learn what it really means to be a scientific theory, and how it is just explaining facts. You can pick any website info site you want, I just picked the first two that allowed for convenient cut and paste.

Now, a question or two if I may.
#1) Do you really think that all the species we see gradually appearing more complex through the geological record were sprinkled there in such a way as to simulate evolution? Please don't tell me that a God sprinkled them in gradually out of thin air over time like that.
#2) You do realize, right, that the hierarchy within plant and animal families, from fossils to DNA, is evolutionary in structure? Please don't tell me that God plays such tricks.
#3) You do realize that many modern sciences, disciplines, medicines, etc. would not work if evolution was false, right? God gave us a mountain of evidence for evolution and made the science functional and helpful just to tease us, I guess.

"theory" often means "imperfect fact"--part of a hierarchy of confidence running downhill from fact to theory to hypothesis to guess."
I place evolutionary theory at the top of that hill as imperfect fact.
I see the god embraced by organized religion to rubber stamp their preducial condemnation of others at the bottom of the hill and say at best it is a 'guess', and sometimes an outright fabrication by the church to control others for personal gain.

as soon as you can explain with a certianty the existence of one animal we can talk about the rest.
a first one is what evolution seems to be lacking, that and a continuation of the process.

Like the article you linked says - in "American vernacular" theory can mean imperfect fact. However, a scientific theory is a way to explain facts. I was not talking about general vernacular which is not scientific.

Explain with certainty the existence of one animal?
I also don't know what you mean by continuation of the process. In many species, a practical flip animation book can be pieced together with the fossils. The wide variety of dogs we "force evolved" from wolves in a relatively short period of time is a good example. The different strains of bacteria we can "force evolve" into totally different strains that do very different things is a good lab experiment you should check out. The DNA evidence is also clear as day, for example, that humans and primates share a common ancestor.
At least check out these lines of evidence:
Fossil record
DNA/RNA
direct observation of prokaryotes
vestigial structures
Homologous structures
embryological evidence

If there is even a small part of you that wonders something like "if we evolved from monkeys than why are there still monkeys" I submit to you that you really don't understand evolution at all and have clearly not taken any serious time to witness the amazing mountain of evidence for it. There is more evidence for it than a lot of things we all take as given. It is only due to how it conflicts with the outdated scriptures and our lack of practice in valuing evidence over belief that we still have schools in America that ban teaching it (mostly in the Bible Belt). The banning of evolution in schools is one of my favorite examples of religion fucking up progress and rational thinking.
What's sad is that the evolutionary story is so amazing and people are missing out on the highest drama tale possible. Far more dramatic than "Everything was magically popped in out of thin air and now we have to worship the magical popper."
