Gotchya. In this economy, you should be able to find a place to rent easily, I'd think. In fact, you might even be able to take this as an opportunity to lower your overhead with lower rent.

And to make it worse, Traverse City area of Michigan is GETTING that kinda money for places, because of the people with money moving up here from the Detroit area. I'm about fucking ready to move somewhere else.
