Glad to see the conviction overturned too, LZ.

I'm not absolutely convinced that Ferguson and Erickson didn't kill Mr. Heitholt, but the evidence against them was so weak - including Erickson's crazy testimony and dreams - there's no credible evidence to suggest beyond reasonable doubt that the two are guilty of the murder.

Wonder if Erickson's conviction will be overturned as well.
