Wut? Logic tells you Zimmerman tried to wrestle with the kid even though he had a gun? Smart one.
Why do you want it to be an unjustified murder so badly? I think y'all should have a "Hoodie Block Party" in your cul-de-sac and invite everybody from the projects downtown.

Right, because those of us who wear hoodies must surely associate with those who live in section eight.

Do you wear a hoodie to make a politcal statement or just because it gets chilly at night?
Google "Wear Your Hoodie" and then tell me I made that up in my own head because I'm hatin'.

Long hair is easier than short hair. Some people can't grow long hair. It grows down to their shoulders then just stops. I find that strange. I'll get mine butchered soon, almost down to my ass. Summer is coming...

I've never had short hair & I don't find it appealing at all for me, it's also about a half dozen different colors and not a one of them is what I was born with. heh

Mine grows down to my nipples and then just stops, but I guess nipple length hair is better than shoulder length. It used to grow longer, but I think I've destroyed it with the straightning iron.

Oh God, you said "nipples." You just changed how every man in here sees you. From now on, you are just a talking nipple.

Of course, there is a caveat here...
How low are your nipples these days, with the kids and all?

I don't want it to be anything, all-knowing one. I'm waiting to hear the evidence. There isn't a post by me on the subject indicating otherwise. I'm not even sure the crime itself had anything to do with race at this time. The aftermath is all about race, but I don't have enough facts at my disposal to label this a hate or race crime.
Your posts on the subject blame the victim for being dead and a some kind of thug, his parents' upbringing of him, the black community for pushing for a proper and thorough investigation, the media coverage, etc.... I think your perspective and ability to focus objectively is skewed, again, by your freely admitted predjudices. There is a reason the Chief and the original prosecuctor were removed from the case. That wouldn't normally happen, even with the media shitstorm, if the case had been handled appropriately in the first place and they could have "stood their ground" about it, imo.
I find your blaming of everyone but Zimmerman as ludicrous as I did your blaming of US society, the Afghanis, the Taliban, and US military regulations for one soldier slaughtering 16 civilians in the middle of the night. In that case as well, I want the truth to come out and proper action to be taken. One man's decisions and actions caused the death of 16 people (doesn't matter how many others die each day, the crime is about those particular 16), but if mitigating circumstances are proven and determine that he should be treated more lightly than other mass murderers, I can gladly accept that.
George Zimmerman shot an unnarmed 17 year old and killed him, after he pursued him against the advice of a 911 dispatcher. George Zimmerman is responsible for deciding to carry that gun and pursue that kid. Nobody else. What happened next, aside from the 17 year old ending up dead by Zimmerman's hand, we don't know. Not even you know, despite your definitive statements to the contrary. Travyon attacking Zimmerman from behind is not the only logical possibility. It's just your assumption, because you are trying so hard to make this a justified murder. Zimmerman's been charged with second degree murder by the investigators and prosecutor who have more facts than we. If somehow you're right and they're wrong and there's clear cut evidence that Zimmerman acted justifiably in self defense, I will be glad to see the truth come out in that direction. The truth is what I want. That's difficult for you to understand because of your prejudices, "it's in your nature to blame darkie".
We'll have to agree to disagree on this one at this point, but I read and consider all of your posts.

"all-knowing one"? Why is that an insult? You can attack me all you want, Cracker doesn't care, but it doesn't change the fact that an armed person probably wouldn't choose close contact. Why would Z attack him? You tell me. (You might have already told me, didn't want to read all that. haha)
I do blame the parents. That kid should have been in a different town on that night getting ready for school. And he should have at least been grounded if he was suspended from school. You disagree?

I went ahead and marked a few words that actually show that your mind is made up about what happened.
I hope you don't mind me doing that, but I had to, since I don't know if a crime has been commited and we don't know if Trayvon was a victim those words in your admonition to cracker are a slight bit conclusive.

You should be the last one to make jokes about lengths of posts. It's a weak mock anyway.
You called me "smart one", so I called you "all-knowing". Meh. Seriously, you're all over the map here, Cracker.
I don't believe that you have any insight into this famiily dynamic. Trayvon being with his father at his father's fiancee's house because he was suspended from school is not a sign of bad parenting, to me. Trayvon being allowed to walk to the store for a snack while he was on suspension is not a sign of bad parenting, to me. I respect your opinion to the contrary. Neither matters. Bad parenting didn't kill Trayvon; George Zimmerman did. That's undisputed. It's the circumstances surrounding why Zimmerman killed Trayvon that are under investigation.
Btw: You argued the exact opposite point in the Whitney Houston thread. For length's sake, I won't repost your comments, but you were adament that parents shouldn't be held responsible for what their teen children do; the child should know better. So, why are you holding Trayvon's parent's responsible? If you had been shot while you were doing all that awesome cocaine when you were 18 years old, would you have supported your good, conservative parents being held responsible for your shooting instead of your shooter? By your logic in this case, the answer is "yes".

Gee Dick, I wasn't aware our society had evolved to the point where people were being arrested without a crime being committed.

Every one is arrested without a crime being proven. That's why the term suspect is used.

People are not arrested in America without evidence of a CRIME having been committed.

They are arrested as suspects of a crime.
not everyone arrested is found guilty "casey anthony" "OJ simpson" as examples.
Being arrested is not the same as guilty.
