Well the grilling season has officially begun for us. Bought a new charcoal grill and christened it by making a couple delmonico steaks on it today. I put some McCormak Steak rub on them, and some smokehouse maple seasoning. They turned out great. But, then again, nothing beats the first grilled food of the season.
This year I want to do vegies on there too.
In the fall, before we put it away I want to roast up a shitload of green and red peppers, cut them up mix them with some seasoned olive oil and then freeze them. My dad got me started doing that and it has been a while for me .
