Um, no, you're being too hard on yourself. There are several words that I routinely butcher. Too tired to list them now but...hell, I messed up brawn the other day. I said "braun" and LC showed me a coffee pot.

If you can't make an omelette correctly by flipping, make sure the bottom is cooked then put it under the broiler until the top sets. They are fluffy that way...
