Sally, I was at Santa Monica pier last year and there was a woman dressed almost exactly like her (heels and all) walking on the damn boardwalk. Dead ringer for the woman in that photo.

Talk about out of place.

-Black undergarments to match the nail polish and sunglasses - check.
-Pink bunny glass case to match the 70s matte lipstick - check.
-Clear plastic shoes go with anything - perfect!

She looks trashy and ridiculous, imo, but it's not an unusual style in Los Angeles.
