Too many programs start off with good intentions to help a specifically qualified group and then snowball into an entitlement program that's out of control, imo.
Generally, the biggest mouthes promoting bullshit like this; don't even have to deal with people like this. They don't get, and never will.
I am all for helping anyone who needs assistance in their lives; especially those people who have the will strive to move on and better themselves. But it's not in a ghetto or living under a cardboard box!
