Damn, that's badass, ramsey! (12-30-2012, 09:21 PM)username Wrote: Heading up to our cabin on the 2nd. Considering my husband was restricted by forest service requirements (size, even the color of the cabin), I think he did a great job with the remodel. It was a shack until he started a couple of years ago and he basically did everything long distance/on line. I fucking hate you so much right now. j/k. Looks awesome.

It's just like the cabin up at Big Bear from the Bold and Beautiful.

I take it back. That was mean. Carry on.
I like the cabin User. It's cute and I'm jelly.

Hey, what'd you take back???
The cabin is so much better than it was and it's a good thing since I pretty much hate all snow activities. I'll be spending a lot of time indoors.

Change of plans. I think my husband is going to take my son and his buddy to the mountains and I'm going to take my daughter to Santa Cruz. I like the cabin much better in the summer anyway.
Separate vacations. The beginning of the end.

Your ratio of X's to O's is off by a slight margin thus proving your imperfections.

You could rent that per week for a couple weeks at some point and your taxes would be paid. Hint: find a savy RE agent that will take 20% for finding the right people.
Camps are really great, finding the time to get out is tough. That looks really crazy cool and comfy. Good job.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

My plan WAS to continue my free ride courtesy of the taxpayers for another year or so , but it was derailed tonight. Mom just informed me that I have 2 weeks pick a job/career and then go back to school for training for that job/career.

Pick a junior college where hacky sack is offered as an intramural sport and make sure there are ashtrays in the cafeteria. You could easily milk going to "college" for another six years and- fingers crossed- perhaps then mom will pass and you will inherit the homestead.

AFAIK, the will stipulates that the house is to be sold and the money from the sale of the house will be equally divided. I'd have to buy out my 4 brother's shares to gain ownership of the homestead. |
