Just remember the ideal qualifications:
Wicked/dark sense of humor.
An ability to say something thought provoking periodically (although we have some members who really don't qualify in that regard...)
A thick skin.
An interest in no holds barred debate.
People that are terribly politically correct are welcome to join and will probably get eaten alive shortly thereafter but hey, wade on in.
