NFL 2013 SEASON
I wonder if Dono thinks Seattle have just 'been lucky' again tonight?

A 29 point comeback win in the fourth seems a long way off, but this is Peyton Manning I guess..

Lucky motherfuckers!

They just need to mic up a fat lady and clear the field at this point.

I think you were right, crash. The divisional championship was the climax of the season.

Ah well, hats off to Peyton Manning though. He really is a class act and took his team all the way to the Superbowl; pretty damned impressive.

ETA: The Seahawks really played like they needed the money tonight; a well-earned victory.

(Annoying? Sorry. I sincerely like both teams.)

I did NOT envision a total dismemberment happening tonight.

I hate Super Bowl blowouts.

Malcolm Smith is cool.

I need that new truck way more than he does, though.

Bastard.

Motherfucker...

Crazy, huh. I paid $5.00 for bottled water at training camp so seeing it for 6.00 at the Super Bowl doesn't surprise me.

I paid $7 for a beer in a plastic cup at Yankee Stadium almost two years ago and bitched about that. $14 for a can in country that I can get a pitcher of some of the best craft beer in the world for around $5 seems ludicrous

No that was a curbstomping. They were all over Denver like ugly on a polkadot gorilla. Yikes.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

Q: What does a Denver Broncos fan do when his team has won the Super Bowl?
A: He turns off the PlayStation 3.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

Worst Superbowl to date.

What should have been the best game of the year was the worst game of the year. It would have been a lot more entertaining had it been played in a full blown blizzard.

It was one sided and Peyton missed his fairy tale blah blah cry in a hanky blah..

What I saw was a well coached, well focused defence that had done it's homework on its opponent. It then proceeded to systematically and methodically grind it in to the field. They laid the platform for an offence that stuck to its plan, was hardly ever rushed. Wilson nailed targets all day long.

It was pretty to watch, from the Seahawks side.

I just came across this. I've never heard of this website...don't know how credible it is.

EAST RUTHERFORD – After The Seattle Seahawks victory over the Denver Broncos at the NFL’s 48th Super Bowl with a final score of 43-8, NFL officials have just discovered that the game was most likely rigged. NFL officials have just found clues that might prove the game was rigged. Officials believe the Broncos intentionally lost the championship in exchange for a large amount of money.

Super Bowl referee Terry McAulay told reporters he sensed something strange when he overhead Broncos Quarterback Peyton Manning allegedly asking Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll “When are you going to pay up?”. McAulay immediately became suspicious and notified other officials and that’s when it all started. The NFL are currently investigating the situation and looking for evidence to prove the game was rigged. NFL commissioner Roger Goodell told reporters “This is like that Chicago White Sox scandal back in 1919, I can’t believe this, they ruined the sport, I just can’t believe it”.

However, NFL officials do not think every player on both teams were in on the deal, but only certain players in both team, If evidence is found that the game was rigged, those players will be heavily fined and suspended for a very long period of time if not banned from playing professional Football for the rest of their lives.

I can't believe Peyton Manning had anything to do with this. I think it's all bullshit.

I think the kids in that image are so frickin' cute.

Crash: the Seahawks were unstoppable, no doubt about it - your pick played even better than expected. I prefer a closer game even when my team is on the field, but agree that great planning and tight execution is a thing of beauty even in an ugly blow-out. Gotta be a bunch of people called in sick for work in Seattle and will be crawling out of bed for a few aspirins any time now. Big victory and celebration for the city.

It was pretty from the Broncos side too...pretty damn painful. The Seahawks put a beatdown on them, plain and simple. Peyton apparently picked that moment to remember he's Peyton Manning: best REGULAR season QB. All the points in the world don't mean a thing if you can't close the deal in the big games. Elway figured that out eventually.

Just saw that 2 people were shot during the post-game celebrations in Seattle last night and a fire was set.

Seems the crowd in Pioneer Square was cool until about midnight when things got a little crazy.

No life threatening wounds, thankfully.
