I knew a kid like that once... wicked smart, analyzed the hell out of the world, got lost along the way once or twice.
It ended okay for the most part... aside from joining some strange message board
She'll be fine. A lot of love and patience, firmness when called for, and alcohol for the parents is in order.

A great example of GREAT parenting. Good for you for tackling the problem and helping her. It makes me so sad to think of all the kids in schools these days that have the same problems and the parents are oblivious. Wishing her and your family luck in getting things straightened out!

Having parents who care would probably go a long ways in helping shape what our society is. I know that there are exceptions to that but for the most part I think shitty parenting has created the chaos "out there". I see disrespectful kids all the time, I want to slap that bullshit right out of their mouths, show those little fuckers who the boss is. I can't stand a bratty kid whether it be a toddler or a teen. If you suck at parenting you deserve your shit for brains kid.

Those with any common sense should know this by now.

But the rest of us don't!
User . . . I hope your daughter has a healthy pregnancy and goes full term.
Just a thought . . .
Don't use the same doctor who couldn't find the dick during the ultrasound.

Haha! Depression has its benefits. Like I said, she's barely left the house lately. As long as she's better by the time she's 18, I don't see what the big deal is.

I agree.
At least your grandchild will have started kindergarten when she starts cosmetology school.
