Seriously, it was the best thing I have ever produced in the kitchen. I was so impressed with myself. *pats back*
I don't do big recipes, ever...but I'm willing to give anything a shot as long as it only has a few steps.
On second thought, willing might be too strong a word.

I really like to cook and try new recipes, but hardly ever do.
With my friends, we always go out to eat when we get together. At home, I'm usually just cooking for myself, so keep it really simple.
Once a month or so though, my friend and I stay in and do the whole home dining experience. We both love Italian and there's a Farmer's market in walking distance on Sunday mornings, so I'm looking forward to making this sauce from scratch. Haven't done stuffed shells in a really long time.
