After splitting a quarter cord of wood and cleaning all my stainless gear I'm ready. I even got the fire ready to light in the early AM.
I'll be boiling, stoking the fire, boiling, straining shit, boiling, stoking the fire, boiling, straining shit, boiling, stoking the fire, boiling, straining shit, boiling, stoking the fire, boiling, boiling, stoking the fire, boiling, straining shit, etc all day.
Sure wish I had room to cook these sausages alongside this sap. Smiley_emoticons_smile

I did this as a little kid, not on the scale you are doing it though. The guy across the street had acres of trees he did and I showed enough interest that he put drain plugs in a couple trees in my yard & I hung little buckets from them. Drip, drip, drip. I thought I was king shit.
