---when they cannot speak or understand English clearly. I called to order a new cellphone, got India (what a shock). The operator was barely able to understand me...had to repeat myself and spell things dozens of times. I live in New York..she kept pronouncing it New JORK.
I had to tell her my credit card info 3 or 4 times, which bugged me.
I understand English as a second language can be tricky, and give kudos to any one who can master any second language, but why can't they make sure the folks speak it better before putting them on the phone?
