In bold: I mentioned that yesterday. I think people just assumed that Tiffany was Johnnys friend because of Tiffanys ghetto ramblings & Johnnys background. However if you look through Tiffanys friends on FB, she associates with all "types"

HAD ANYONE ELSE HEARD THIS?
No, haven't heard this & frankly I think it's retarded. If my dialing fingers worked well enough to dial my mom, I think 1 st thing on the agenda would be to poke a hole in the bag on my face. 2 nd would be to call LE, not my mom. I think this person didn't know what they were talking about at all. JMO

which is precisely why i lend no credence to crap posted by anonymous people on facebook who want to be a part of the case and in the know. i know who is legit when i see it. and who is full of shit. if the detectives called them in, they'd wet their panties.
rumor and gossip is worthless. and it's all over town because LE has not given us some info to hang our hats on. yet.

Maytee is probably very street smart and her instincts were right about Tiffany. She may have thought that the cops would come out and detain Tiffany, right then and there, so she blocked her car in.

Lady Cop - I enjoy the site very much & I can see that you know your shit. Eleven days have passed since this heinous crime took place. In your opinion, how long before a prosecutor has all his "ducks in a row"? At what point would you say it doesn't look good; at 2 months without a press release?…6 months?

I do agree with you on this one, it does sound a little crazy. Given the factual information we have about the scene of the crime, it would be impossible for that phone call to be made. And I have to apologize, I did not see your comment about my prior post.

well look at the Zahra Baker case. reams and tons of evidence that just went to DA, and she's been gone for 4 months. it's impossible to predict because a case like this is very complicated legally and technically. you really don't take it to a Grand Jury or trial until you are sure you have everything you need to obtain a conviction.
so it's impossible to answer that.
pressers are at the discretion of the agency. they may say nothing until there is an arrest. even then, they may not say much because they don't want to taint a prospective jury pool with info overload. a defense attny. would be all over that screaming about pretrial publicity, unfair to client, change of venue blah blah blah.

can you use google? or another search engine? i am not being a smartass to ask you. type in Toledo news, and there will be many choices to keep up to speed with mainstream media reports. they are not always accurate however. that's why i only trust LE. and LE has said nothing. which is also telling. they have not warned the public to be on guard against a bunch of crazed random home invaders. which says they know it's a personal crime.

Maytee saying that the ex of lisa was just recently released from prison question is an interesting one. Searching Lucas County records, he has not been arrested or convicted of armed robbery like she states, but that doesn't discount it from having happened in another county. So, there is nothing there as far as I'm concerned that can be verified at this point. If I find out it was another county, I will let you know. My nephew tells me that "everyone" knew he was into robbing people. Perhaps he never got caught and Maytee was shooting off her mouth, or like I said, maybe he was convicted in another county. I have a tendency to believe that Maytee was repeating something she heard from somewhere els, and she doesn't even know him, as she did not name him, and as everyone knows who has read her FB, she has no problem naming anyone!
His family are well to do business owners, and he grew up in Springfield, went to the same school as Lisa, and they were hi school sweethearts. According to my nephew, (who went to school with them all) he's a "psycho" and "crazy" and a "shitbag" and he quickly went from stealing candy to armed robbery. Again, There is nothing that comes up in lucas county for him that I can find.
He is not friends with Tiffany on FB, so I don't know if they are friends or not.
This is pretty generic info, that could be any one of a 1000 kids, so I think it's okay to say this. LC just does not want him named.

KIP- in my research, I found him with only 2 photos. (B.D.) on fb, and one is of his manly pumped up muscles, the other is a preppy shot of him. He's got some of the same friends as Tiffany..., as well as his ex, Lisa- they have mutual friends.
And btw, it was mentioned he "just" opened an account. While the activity shows he has done some basic editing to his fb profile very recently, and added a lot of friends the photos he added were from Jan. of this year, as well as one from Sept. if I am reading the date stamp right...
I can't wait to hear the DNA results!
