I can't find those little tart shells Sally posted about or the puff pastry to wrap the brie in. Where the hell do they keep this shit? Oh gawd, I need help.

You can buy puff pastry in the frozen food aisle at the grocery store. It should be by the frozen pie shells. Defrost it in the fridge (it comes two rolls to a pack, you will probably only need one). Work with it quickly because it will dry out super fast and crack. Unroll one whole sheet, put the brie in the middle, then gather the edges around it like covering a chair cushion (you may want to seal the edges with egg wash), then flip it over if you want the top smooth. Don't mess with the pastry too much or it won't puff.
