"Smith was the last person to see Parker when she left their 3-year-old twins at his home at about 3:13 p.m. Nov. 17. Smith immediately took the children to his parents' home, arriving at 4:30 p.m., NeJame said.
His lawyer told reporters it wasn't "physically possible" for Smith to kill Parker, dispose of her body, dump her car and drive their children to his parents house in 72 minutes.
He did not say whether Smith remained at his parents' house after arriving."
THIS IS THE TIME LINE THAT IS SOMEWHAT QUESTIONABLE. This is not a timeframe that does not have holes...Where do the times come from, are they accurate? Did he leave his parents?
