My favorite patient was Ms. Campbell who would pretend to shoot me with her fingers while taking a poop.

That's a rare but not unheard of condition seen in some seniors with dementia.

Those like Ms. Campbell who do it compulsively are medically referred to as 'sharp shitters'.
