You are missing the point, Call a tree a tree not a flower. I tell people that the surcharge is there I do not add it to the bill unless they bitch about it, then I bury it. Some people are calling it a political move and yes it is but people need to see it as it is a tax. There are many things hidden in laws that should be out there plain as day. Some like it hidden away and that makes me think they think the consumer is to stupid to get it.
The thing about taxes is they are never taken away, but there sure are new ones that come along that are "needed" .....that is bullshit. Stop spending on frivolous crap before adding more crap to a persons paycheck.
