Thanks to him, governors were forced to abandon their martial law, by fiat, and rescind social distancing.
Businesses can now fully reopen, people are free to assemble, to socialize and to move about freely.
And to loot, vandalize, pull guns on pregnant women and cause mayhem . . . without fear of the deadly Wuhan virus.
