A man named Kegan Kline was previously arrested - owner of online name Anthony-shots - through which he tried to entice young girls ( including at least one of these victims). His name has been brought up several times when talking about Allen.
However not arrested for murder of these girls so may not have been directly involved in that but wondering if there’s some indirect link to RA or other possible suspect
