RA’s attorney is insisting the evidence is flimsy. Asking at next bond hearing that he’s released on own Recognizance.
I hope he’s just trying to provide a good defense and that he’s not right.
It’s pretty unusual to keep everything so secretive post-arrest - including probable cause.
The prosecutor has also filed for gag order for attorneys and RA.
I wonder if he happens to get convicted if it could be overturned due to the handling/restriction of his rights.
It’s important to get this right.
And as Libby’s grandmother said - where are the rights for these two girls who were brutally murdered…
So much respect for the family - trying to hold it together and wait for evidence before vilifying him.
