TUCSON - Tucson Police have arrested a 71 year-old woman and her daughter, both accused of robbing banks.
Police say Evelyn Ward and Bonnie Jasmer, 47, both of Tucson robbed the Tucson Federal Credit Union branch on South Mission Road and the Pima County at the Bank of the West branch located at on South Kinney Road.
They say Ward would walk in and hand the teller a note informing them of the robbery and Jasmer drove the get-a-way car.
Both are charged with one count of robbery, one count of armed robbery, and two counts of aggravated robbery, all felonies.
