Sometimes I go back and forth about whether or not some of these "sickos" are resonsible for their actions. I just think that no one in their right mind could commit such horrible crimes(especially those against children). It seems as though they must be suffering from some sort of mental illness. Whether it be mania with psychotic features or schizophrenia. In those instances the person is not in touch with reality and I believe should not be held accountable. There are, of course, people that commit these horrid crimes that are deemed by a psychiatrist to be of sound mind. I just don't get it. I need to review the mind of a sociopath. Close your eyes and try to imagine yourself stabbing or killing a baby or anyone for that matter. I can't do it. I stop short and cannot "play the tape all the way through". It is too disturbing to me. And I don't believe all that BS about "I was abused when I was a kid" or "my mom didn't love me" blah blah blah. I really am perplexed as to how these sick fuckers get to the point where they have no conscience or remorse.
