Youre welcome. Im glad I could help...was just musing about it, and realized I have TW's in and out of my classroom all the time. I would never
understand it either, if I didnt see it.
As for how they act/look around normal people, Im sure weve all had that moment, looking at Johnny and Lisa's photos, (and any of the other people's photos weve perused during our investigations) where we thought "theres no way" OR "guilty as charged". Its human nature to judge a book by its cover...and sometimes when you look past the cover you find amazing things inside, and on the flip side, you might find the cover was perfect for the book and you didnt even need to read it. LOL
I taught for the CalSafe alternative ed program for five years until the program got cut in 2009. It gave teenage mothers an opportunity to finish highschool outside of the mainstream. I loved those young ladies. Still do. And the babies came to class a couple of days a week. Everyone of them came from a hard ass background. And most wanted a better life. What they needed most was a safe, supportive environment to live in. Some have succeeded and some have not.
I still work in alternative ed. I see the gangbanger lifestyle everyday. I am aware of all that it is.
