I agree, I just think that poor child has been through enough, he shouldn't be taken in to a court room, he has already lost alot of his youth because of this tragedy in his life, he will never forget any of this, and he it will affect him when he gets older and by putting him through more and more everyday is only making it worse. I understand how bad this is for the family and friends, but someone has got to make this childs life as normal as possible given the situation and thats supposed to be the parent's job, to take all of the burden and evil and put it on them selves as long as that child doesn't have to endure more than he should.. He's going to be a very angry adult if it doesn't stop.
Shouldn't the poor child be in school? Is the school going to allow this to be an excused absence?
