I say no way ...that would imply they were pretty bright...i don't think they were smart enough to do that...

They might not be very bright in relation to how others measure intelligence
but these people live lives of crime .That's what they do.They can measure in ounces and grams, and they can upload and download.All they would have to do is go to a website. It's public information. A five year old could do it.
