the event that "Mr. W." is called to be a witness against
Samuel Todd Williams by the State of Ohio. The Court
finds that "Mr. W." had the benefit of new counsel to
advise him and that his waiver was made knowingly,
intelligently, and voluntarily.
Upon due consideration, the Court finds John Thebes to
remain as counsel of record for Defendant Samuel Todd
Williams, under the constraints previously set.
Trial date confirmed as previously set.
Bond continued at 4.3 million dollars; No 10%.
